“ Pork wonton in spicy schezwan sauce + Xiaolongbao with pork and shrimp. Full dinner. 2 leftover pieces of xiaolongbao. Amazing place. wow. ”
“ To start, I have to admit--i was not expecting this place to be as good as it was!!! In my experience, restaurants close to tourist-y spots are usually not as delicious as Jade! The atmosphere of this place is beautiful--from the artwork on the walls to the seating design--it is a really fun place to enjoy a meal. Now, we did not order a lot but we DID sneak a peak of the plates of our neighbors. Everything looks delicious and worthy of a try! I ordered the tomato and egg noodles, my husband ordered chicken dumplings, and we shared spring rolls. The szechuan sauce (yum!) Perfectly complimented every item we tried. Their hot tea is wonderful, for 2.50 it is served in a large hot cup. Our food was brought out quickly and we both felt the service was excellent. We WILL be back to try so much more! ”
“ our family of 11 had a great time! The wonderful waitress QiQi kindly served our large chaotic group despite it being a busy night. the food was delicious -- dumplings to die for and plenty of variety for the many different preferences of our group. everyone was happy, even the picky eaters. we will certainly be coming back! ”
“ Fast Service, Extensive Menu [Eugene OR] We stopped in Eugene Oregon to have a quick dinner. When we entered the restaurant there was an elderly lady employee behind a glass wall making fresh dumplings. The restaurant was busy. We proceeded to place our name on the waitlist (iPad) but we were called immediately by the host and we were seated right away. The menu was extensive with a variety of dishes from dumplings and XLB's to fried rice and noodles and a variety of meat dishes. We ordered something simple because we wanted to be on our way (we still had quite a ways to go in this road trip). We chose their Shrimp Wonton in Chicken Soup. The hot soup was flavorful and felt good on a chilly 40° weather. The soup included 10 pieces of shrimp wontons and Spanish green onion. We also ordered Pork Shrimps & Chives Dumplings (10 pcs). This is one of my favorite flavored dumplings. Tasty and delicious. Customer Service was good and the server worked fast. He seemed to be waiting on all the tables. Food was priced fairly. No sales tax in Oregon. We left full and tummies happy. Review #3600 ”
“ Service is as expected, swift and to the point. Nice ambiance, the new location is larger, nice but service is a bit more abrupt. The food is great, we love din sum and every time we go to Eugene to visit the kids and grandson we stop there. ”
“ This place is awesome-conveniently located downtown Eugene but not a tourist trap, it's a legitimately popular and great place! I'm sad that I only went to Jade once during my visit. Jade is open until 10pm (super convenient) and we went there to order to-go around 8pm. They were busy, but once we ordered, our food was ready in less than 10 minutes. I am a big fan of Dan Dan noodle and I try them whenever I have a chance to. Theirs was perfect for me. It is spicy, but bearable level for me. Generous amount for the price. More authentic feel. I loved watching a lady making dim sum in the front. I was going to go back once more and try them, but I was not able to. It is on my "need to visit again" list of Eugene. Thank you Jade, y'all are awesome! ”
“ Have been wanting to come here for a while, finally came with my boyfriend today! Food was great, very filling. Prices are fair I feel for the portions you get. You can easily share everything. It's a very quiet restaurant, could really be for anyone, I saw a solo person, families and couples. As far as service goes, honestly it was just fine. They brought the bill out maybe within like 25ish minutes of getting the food which I thought was kind of weird? They weren't really even busy to be rushing us out or anything, but I definitely felt rushed once we got the bill and they asked if we wanted boxes. I think anyone would feel rushed like that. Not sure what that was about, so I'm iffy on the service now. ”
“ Packed house tonight for dinner, mostly non-Asian, but for 3 tables (including ours)--completely different dining experience on this visit. Service was slow and it was difficult to get their attention. We ordered the broccoli beef & General Tso's chicken, which I thought were both overly salty and over-sauced. The shrimp fried noodles were fine--the amount of cabbage to noodle ratio was balanced, 3 pieces of shrimp came with the dish. When I asked for family style (a la carte), I was told they don't serve their food that way, as an Asian person asking another Asian person--very interesting. ”
